Services are billed per standard page (250 words) or by custom project quote. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each month. Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle.
The number of included revisions is specified in each quote. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance are billed at the applicable hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
All client documents and information are treated as strictly confidential. ProofLang will not share, reproduce, or use client content for any purpose other than the agreed service. A formal NDA is available upon request at no charge.
Upon full payment, the client holds all rights to the delivered work. ProofLang retains no rights to the finalized documents. Original source documents remain the sole property of the client.
